Oligonucleotides

Since 1990 we have been providing custom synthesis of oligonucleotides to a growing number of customers worldwide. Our products are predominantly used for Real-Time PCR, but also in other fields of molecular biology.

Kits

2005 we developed our first LightMix^® Kit detecting Influenza A H5N1 (bird flu). Since then, we have created many kits testing for different pathogens, hematology markers and genetic mutations and polymorphisms.

SNiP

Based on rs numbers (NCBI) we develop and deliver predefined assays for melting-curve analysis of human SNiP (single nucleotide polymorphisms). LightSNiP assays are developed for use with a LightCycler^® 480 instrument but can also be run on MyGo, BioRad CFX96 and all Roche LightCycler^® systems.
